Self care tips during quarantine (feat. 5 M's)

Our lives have forever changed with COVID-19. We’ve had to make adjustments to our routines and lifestyle. We are still here and breathing, barely (let’s take a deep nourishing belly breath, shall we?).

Today, I’m sharing a few self-care tips to help you find peace and joy in every day. We’ll get through this together.

Here are the 5M’s to help you take care of yourself this season:

  1. MORE SLEEP - make sure you get enough sleep; a relaxing night routine 🛏 😴 💤 

  2. MEDIA DIET - stay informed with news, but don't over consume 📱📺 📰 

  3. MIND - meditate; practice being mindful; find peace & joy 🧘🏻‍♀️🛀🏻💌📚📞

  4. MEALS - eat more nutritious, plant-based foods 🍉🥕 🍲 👩🏻‍🍳 🍵

  5. MOVE - move your body (i.e., cardio, strength, yoga) 🚴🏻‍♀️ 💃🚶🏻‍♀️🧹👩🏻‍🌾
