Do you feel behind on life? Read this.

Hey, so the good news is that you’re not the only one feeling behind on life. It’s actually really common. Every one experiences some level of stress and anxiety to some degree. Not all will admit to having it.

Anxiety can be helpful for you to make you stop and think about priorities. Spending too much time with it, though, can consume your life. Stop and breathe. Pause. Really. Tune in to what feels good to you. Focus on what you want right now at this moment.

Relax your tension. Shimmy your shoulders. Ease up your jaw. Intentionally. Gracefully..

New Year’s time can be stressful. It can be a reminder that there are a lot of things on your to-do list that you should to accomplish. Forget New Year’s resolutions ’cause they don’t work anyways, right? Instead, try this to ease up anxiety:

Name 3 things that is working for your right now. You can write them down or just think about them.

Breathe deeply. Focus on your breath. Relax into this moment. You deserve to feel at peace.
