Let’s talk about feet

Do you realize how many times you use your feet in one day? Whether it’s through walking or sitting with the feet on the ground, you are being supported by feet. It’s part of you, a pretty essential one. Are you giving the love and care they deserve?

How comfortable do you feel wearing shoes that support your feet? Some people have high arches or wider feet, which can be tricky to find that just-right pair of shoes. Many say it’s worth it to invest on a pair of comfortable shoes. Since you use your feet every single day, you may want to rethink the type of support for feet, which can be life-changing.

When you feel stressed out, you can take a minute to sit cross-legged if possible and just massage those feet. Did you know each area of your feet correspond to a body part? (see attached picture). Try googling foot reflexology.

Massaging your feet and toes allow you to slow down in a world where people seem to always be on the go. For some of you who can afford getting a pedicure or having a homemade mani-pedi night, that’s another option, too and guys, you’re welcome to join us.

    My right foot has been hurting lately which has called me to take care of my feet. I first start rolling out my calves and then my quads and then my feet. I hardly wear heels anymore. Love all the self care articles you have here 🙂 we recently connected on insta btw and loved loved your interview with Aileen! Do you get to hear roosters every day??
