Sit in the discomfort

Try this practice today. Observe how your body and mind are while you engage in something that is challenging or outside your comfort zone. See how your body reacts. See how your mind is. This is how you cultivate body and mind awareness. What does the voice inside you say? See if you can push yourself and sit in the discomfort. Don’t hold your breath, though. Is your body uncomfortable? What about your mind? Observe and let it go. Repeat.
