“Same goal, same end”

These are the words of the Dalai Lama at his most recent visit to Dieu Ngu Temple in Westminster, Orange County, CA, where I was in attendance, on June 19, 2016. It was such a blessing to be in his presence (about 20 ft. away). I felt a positive aura radiating from him throughout my time there. Do more of what brings you joy

I might not know what the heck I’m doing or if I’m on the right path, but what I do know is that I can make a decision right now to do something toward my own happiness. The definition of happiness differs from person to person. For me it’s making time for the people I love (me included) and for the things that matter.
